This past summer I had a glass of iced tea made with Nilgiri at a local tea room. Instantly liked it – better even than Tazo’s Earl Grey tea which had been a previous favorite. It’s bright and dry. I like it strong (about a 4 minute steeping time for the loose leaf) without lemon or sugar. Now, I am living in Oregon and I’m sending back to Divinitea for my Nilgiri! They send it right out and I had it within a couple of days!
